When we had an issue with the heating control panel, they were quick to respond and efficiently moved us to a new room 👍. The breakfast spread was great, with plenty of options to go around 😋. We really loved the dining area too - cozy and spacious, perfect for a relaxing start to the day 🍳. Overall, a top-notch stay, would definitely recommend!"

"Breakfast was delicious! Service personnel, not so much. The breakfast manager demanded we pay cash for our bill even though we were guests and we told her what room. We also offered a card. She persisted and finally asked us to leave the dining room so she could seat someone in our place. When I explain to her that I was going to the management she panicked and comped our breakfast. I don't understand what happened but someone should look into her cash requests."

"Very small rooms but ok. Price very high but Dusseldorf always is mugging people for MEDICA. Cleaners very noisy in the morning, loud talking. Great location with helpful supermarket. Reception staff were perfect. "
