"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

Local restaurants were closed on Monday but an Intermarché nearby ensured we had everything needed to cook a meal. "HOTELS.COM did not call this hotel Fast Hotel when we booked and did not mention that it was a 1 star hotel. If you are used to this type of hotel, then ok, but if not... you'll get another room at another hotel like we did. "Have had bad experiences booking hotels in France but we were very happy with our accommodation. Small kitchen, fridge and a tiny dishwasher! Could have been a bit cleaner, just needed floors sweeping. Close enough to walk to train station and eating shopping areas. Overall very good."
