"The staff were so helpful from booking to departure. The room was well equipped with everything that you might need including a good coffee machine and kettle, dressing gowns and slippers, hairdryer and straightening tongs, the mini bar included soft drinks. I really enjoyed the stay here "

Le personnel est top et au petits soins. "Beautiful property, attentive staff, delicious food. We had a lovely room in the Chateau but…….no air conditioning….They had a system that did not cool the room at all . Our tester said 28 degrees…unbearably hot. We reported it to the reception and they did attempt to turn it on ,but it kept going off. Not comfortable . Hopefully they will correct this ….then this rating will be excellent. "

    "Rooms need updating. Beds very small. Wifi intermittent. View in city view rooms are of building directly opposite. Shower was so small you couldn't close the doors. Plumbing noisy. Beach lovely and clean. Quiet hotel and surrounding area which is what we wanted. Plenty of free parking. Restaurant and breakfast ok."
