The hotel was unmanned we were late arriving and tired we had travelled all day we didn’t find the. Procedure to check in very easy and then we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights. Had we known this we would not of booked. Staff were there the next day and were very helpful

Great breakfast. On arrival the guy agreed to put a bottle of blanquette in the fridge for later... Convenient to the centre of Narbonne where I found parking easy and free in a back street about 15mins from the tourist office

El personal muy amable. La habitación correcta: limpia (aunque había algunas pelusas por la zona de la estufa electrica y por la climatización) Personalmente, no me gustó el colchón.
