The emergency alarm rang at the first night when I checked in.Then second day it happened AGAIN at 5am in the early morning. Then at 3rd day before I went out, I went to reception to ask new pass code,and reception kept telling me I supposed to check out at that day. I even shown him my reservation number from hotels.com. 「The property worked well for us, there wasn't much around the hotel though and had to travel for any tourist sightseeing. 」

「The buding was nice and easy to find. Just 5 mins to the metro! And supermarket nearby are really convenient! The room was huge and comfortable! Kitchen and bathroom are user-friendly. We arrive at early morning but the staff in the front desk still helped us to solve it and we had check-in early at 9am. Really great service! Would stronly recommend!」

「房間沒有吹風機，晚上去櫃檯借每次都說全部借給別人了，早上去就說都還沒還回來然後請櫃檯幫忙留晚上要借，早上的櫃檯人員就寫紙條說會留，晚上去借就說沒看到紙條，而且晚班櫃檯人員態度特別差勁😡。客房清潔人員服務態度也差勁👎一大早就一直敲門要打掃，請他晚一點還說如果要換毛巾必須現在給他，態度差勁傲慢」

「The hotel is extremely DISGUSTING! 1. Many FLEAS on the bed, which make you feel itchy or even cause skin allergy to you 2. Very DANGEROUS region, there are very desolate, many damaged cars there and lots of people with unfriendly glimpse. It is an AWFUL experience, which made me feel insecure all the time. Never and ever to come if you want to have a SAFE journey. It’s unwise to sacrifice your safety in exchange of cheap price.」
