Brilliant

Booked a twin room for my daughter and I, was very small but we were rarely in the room other than to shower and sleep. Room was very clean and the hotel in general was very clean. Service by the gentleman on reception was outstanding he was such a nice friendly guy. Ideal location opposite terminus station on Ligne 13 (Les Courtilles) absolutely perfect for getting into Paris. Would definitely recommend staying here and saving yourself hundreds of euros versus staying closer to attractions. Thanks for a brilliant stay

Front desk gentleman was nice but I think he was trying to scam us more money. We booked for two nights. And he was claiming we had to pay property tax of $150. And I have no idea how he got that number. I think he thought because we were tourists that we would fall for it. But after pulling up my Expedia receipt, it said $34 Canadian pay at property. So I genuinely don’t know where he got that number from. The room was OK very basic for what you pay for bathroom and bedding was clean. My biggest fear is bedbugs and I didn’t see anything like that so it felt safe to sleep on. Stiff bed. Because it’s on a wooden frame. And I do think some of the walls either needed to be cleaned or repainted. But for a couple of nights, it was doable. But I would not recommend sleeping there for up to a week just because the bed was stuff and you only get one pillow per person and there was no blow dryer in the washroom. Also, when you go to check out on your last day, don’t leave the room too early because once you leave after 11 am. The room automatically locks you out we were lucky to have all of our stuff out.

Every ground floor window and door on the front of this building was smashed, with some looking like bullet holes. The breakfast was terrible, having to go and ask at reception for plates and if it was possible to get some cheese to go with the bread on offer. The man on reception at night had a terrible attitude and was very unhelpful. Our sink drainer broke during our stay, as was removed instead of being fixed. Cobwebs on light fittings in dinning area and cleanly visable dust along the perimeter of the hall carpets. Overall a very poor stay, and would not recommend.

It was the worst stay ever. Rude reception, we arrived on Tuesday 1st of August at 12:30 and my friend had an operation so he needed so rest, we told the reception and she said «donc?» which means « so what? » she was very aggressive with her response to everything we ask for. It seemed like they really hate their job at the hotel and they didn’t want to work. No smile and no bonjour and no welcome. The room: Very dirty room. The wall and roof is full of bugs and bug blood. The bathroom was damaged we took a photo and showed the reception but she didn’t care. Location is far away but the metro is across the street. We stayed only one night and we decided NOT to go back again.

Avoid for conditions and area. Staff are nice

Staff are very nice & helpful. This is good point. Everything else, poor. Air vent missing in bathroom fully removed just hole in wall to internal system. Not healthy or safe by your head in shower. Dirty filthy stains marks on walls and skirting. Floor not cleaned properly. Bedding had hairs in it. Very noisy location over trams throughout night even on 5th floor. Nighttime reception host locks himself in on night to be safe because bad area with vagrants. I was locked out for 5 mins on return after 2am and panic. Given my injuries and broken finger hand wrist no wonder even more so.This was not good. But a sign to explain is necessary. I understand he is scared to be attacked on a night there but locking out guests because you perceive they all in bed already not good

Essa foi a segunda vez que me hospedei nesse hotel. Gosto da localização ( em frente ao metrê), tem supermercado, Mc Donaldos e uma doceria próximas, o que facilita muito, além do microondas que é um grande facilitador quando chegamos cansados e queremos comer e dormir. Gosto do bairro, dessa vez caminhamos para o lado de trás para ir ao Carrefour e foi uma grata surpresa ver aquelas casinhas, e descobrimos até uma loja de pães. O recepcionista do dia é uma simpatia e muito educado e prestativo. A limpeza do banheiro é ok, e tem serviço de quarto diário. Para mim o melhor custo benefício de Paris. Se um dia eu voltar, apostarei novamente nessa hospedagem.
