「I'm got fed up with the continued stay after the first night. In the morning, I checked out and rechecked in. Front desk asked if I want they can send housekeeping to clean the room and I said yes. Upon returning in late afternoon, saw trash in the bathroom not taken away, soiled towel on the floor and showerhead water flow still weak. Beds made. At night, it became noisy. What's more, I need to use a glass to transfer water from bathroom and walk past the tv in order to boil water and...

「For this brand we were disappointed in the facility. The clothes dryer was not working, the side doors remained locked at all times, there was no stove so I was handed a one burner portable cook top which I had to carry along with all my luggage! In the shower the body wash dispenser was broken off the wall and was substituted for a tiny soap bar. My point is that the property did not pay attention to all the details one is used to have working. They need to keep the property better maintained!...
