"Location inside of Cedar Point was great! The hotel itself was fine. However, I am not sure we would ever stay again. We got there early on day one, well prior to check-in. Had to wait 1/2 hr in line to get to the desk. Obviously our room was not ready but we were able to get checked in and get out park tickets. They told us they would text us when our rooms were ready. Went to the park for a couple of hours and at 3:30p, still no text. So, we get back in line, waited another 1/2 hr, only to find out that our rooms were still not ready! Check-in time is 4p and it was 4p! Went back in to the park and received a text that our room was ready, 15 minutes later! We went back to the hotel and now the line to check in was even longer, probably a 45 minute wait! Moral of the story is that the hotel is fine but clearly their check-in process is flawed. Even though we went through the process to sign everything and put down the security deposit in the morning, we still had to wait in that line just to get our room keys. The line remained long in to the night, hearing complaints from many other guests. Clearly it’s a problem they need to rectify. "

"Really nice hotel, exceeded my expectations and very close to Cedar Point. Make sure if going to the park to ask for an early entry ticket as the guy on the desk didn’t mention this until I asked if it was available"

"Rooms are in need of upgrades. Shower and tub needed resealed. We stayed in 217. Nice quiet chill area."

"The staff was very courteous however, the property is quite run down and in need of major renovations. The parking is not very secure and I didn't observe any security cameras. Breakfast was the standard fare and served up nicely and would be fine if you don't mind eating at broken down tables and benches covered in torn and stained cushions. Price should have been half what it was."

"The hotel was beautiful up front however we got a room in the back elevator didn't work ,our room was questionable enough I had zero confidence in trying the breakfast and we must have picked a bad weekend because there was kids running around the halls hollering playing and people out partying in the parking lot blocking one side and cops blocking the other side all in all a chaotic stay in an uncomfortable room will definitely stay away from comfort inn for future travels. "

"Clean room, comfortable beds and a view of the bay behind us. Breakfast was great as usual. Now if only the birds had cooperated!"

"The Staff was very helpful but food was running out of breakfast. The room was neat but paint in the bathroom looked like smeared toothpaste on the base boarders. The location was beautiful on Lake Erie. It was handy for visit in Port Clinton area. The price was good but the Beakfast was not worth eating there."
