The property was very close to jet express which meant I didn’t have to move my car when I went over to put in bay. The room was clean, but definitely dated. If you’re looking for a slick white hotel room, this is not the place for you.

Nothing fancy. Old motel built in the '50's and added on and renovated. Rooms are clean and the staff is very nice. They say breakfast is included, but it is only coffee and some packaged pastries. No big deal because all I wanted was coffee. It backs right up to the river where boats dock and the Bait House Bar, which has a big outdoor patio and sometimes live music. Nice stay for a reasonable price. Walking distance to anything downtown.

It was everything I expected for this trip. Close to all that I needed for our fishing trip. Room clean -check in was easy. I did not do breakfast. The AC did its job. Overall good experience.

The staff at the office was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a selection of prepackaged pastries and a pot of coffee brewed in the motel office. The room appeared clean, but did have an odor of ... I don't know... age? I'm tall, and there were dead gnats on the shower surround edge at my eye level. The bathroom was very tight so I had to sit offset on the toilet. Our room only had a ¾ bath, no tub, which I don't mind. The only window in the "on the side" rooms look out to the parking lot, which is of a good size. The motel is right on the water, on the harbor, and has a patio. And centrally located, a short walk to many attractions and restaurants. Overall a good stay

Metal strip going into the bathroom was not nailed down and very hazardous. The shelf in the bathroom fell down upon touching it. and the blow dryer was burnt out. The location is nice and front desk friendly. If you're ok with really budget accommodations, then it's fine.

Loved the water front view and location, lots of stuff within walking distance. The room could have been cleaner. Bathroom/shower was tiny. Hot water lasted all of 5 minutes. Minimal breakfast selection (packaged muffins/donuts)
