「Rooms are clean, staff is very nice, location is pretty good can’t say anything on the pool as we didn’t get a chance to use it. 」

「A must stay if you are in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area. The house was spotless and had everything you needed for a homelike feeling. Spacious and well equipped with the necessities for everyday comfort in a quiet neighborhood. Close to main road with access to shopping and restaurants. Better than an "extended stay" hotel.」

「I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. 「Good hotel」

「They put me in the room closest to the highway and with an adjoining room. I could barely sleep with the noise of cars zooming up and down the highway and the person next door blaring the TV watching some kind of action movie. The room was small and had a crack under the door to the outside which let in the cold air and the A/C unit blew cold air even thought I set it for HEAT. Continental breakfast was lame.」

「The staff was great. The room was clean, but I noticed the sheer curtains looked like they had mildew stains on them. When the air was on it smelled kind of musty, I’m thinking the unit might need to be cleaned out. The bathtub needs to be updated but overall it was clean. 」

「For the price, it should have been clean. There was dust and dirt on furniture and areas that looked like they were simply never cleaned. I would not recommend or ever stay again. 」

「Nice room. Very good refrigerator and microwave. Only issue, there was no place to set anything in the shower. You had to put your soap, shampoo,etc in the floor of the shower. Not very practicle to keep bending over. The shower was very clean as was the whole room.」

「There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! 」

「We stayed 16 nights and found the staff to be super friendly and attentive. Room over all worked out well. Cleaning and towel refresh was spot on. Had a little issue with a musty smell that we found and reported. Staff paid immediate attention. Over all I would recommend this hotel as the staff keeps it tip top and clean. Pool was a nice bonus but could have used a gym. 」
