"Room comfortable"

"They double booked the room. We had a couple from Germany bang on our door and told us it’s their room. Apparently we both were given the same room and same code. Tv remote didn’t work. We had to park in the street. No stove to cook food. And no black out blinds. "

"Have stayed here several times over the years and it’s always predictably great. The location is perfect and the rooms are spotless and well appointed. Quick and friendly check in and out."

"Friendly staff, close to the beach. The pictures featured are that of the newly built rooms. The older rooms are ok. "

"Photos on Expedia were not current. Place was very run down. In an isolated location. We did not feel secure and left without staying the night. "

"Excellent, the owner was so friendly and communicative. She gave us some great recommendations. The cabin was clean and nice. It is a quiet place to enjoy the stars. Also, so convenient being just a 5 min drive from the 12 apostles."

"The check in was poor. We and another couple tried to check in just after 2.30, the registered check in time. The person manning the desk spoke no English and we ended up waiting until the owner arrived about 2.45. She was apologetic but really I feel that desk staff should have a command of English. The lady in front of me asked what was wrong with her booking that she had to wait, it was a third guest who spoke the same language as the desk person who eventually explained that we would have to wait as the lady behind the desk spoke no English. Our stay after the very poor start was very comfortable. The room was spotless, the towels of excellent quality and the bed very comfortable."
