The accommodation benefits greatly from its convenient location, which was the highlight of our stay. However, this positive aspect was somewhat overshadowed by issues with the air conditioning, as well as concerns regarding the cleanliness and an unpleasant odour in the room. Overall, good accomodation having a family room which gave plenty of space, was reasonably modern and presented well. Unfortunately the overall experience was marred by a shower head that was broken, not giving a constant flow of water.

Reception staff were wonderful. Howeve, and I realise it was a long weekend but for $300/ night for a queen bed was pretty over the top. No servicing of the room (we stayed 3 nights), door lock chain was broken, bathroom amenities were a joke at this price (one soap and two very small tubes of stuff)- most motels have shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. We had to remove our rubbish and wash our dishes (in the bathroom sink). One sheet of tissue paper. I realise that this motel caters for overseas tourists (evident by the rice cooker as part of the cutlery equipment), but you need to lift your game.
