"I was there with ny receipt that ai paid 2 nights and they said they didnt have and they were completly booked so that there was nothing else to do I had to go pay at omni for a room and until now i have no response about my refund of $700"

"I don't really leave reviews but i feel i do this time. It was very misleading upon booking. the chairs for the beach i thought were included in the resort fee. They were not. The bathroom door in our room wouldn't shut. The door to the balcony wouldn't lock which i have teenage daughters so i didn't sleep at all. The bartender at the pool wouldn't make pins coladas because of the blender. She didn't know how to work it. The server in the restaurant informed us we couldn't eat at the tables but we couldn't eat at our chairs either"

"Great resort, loved the pool, music by the pool, pool bar, restaurants, large rooms, and the staff. They could not be more accommodating! The rooms are a little outdated, so is the inside restaurant and inside bar. Not a problem at all, just could use a refresh. My one and only complaint is the cost for everything. The place is a fortune, and you still have to pay for chairs on the beach which is ridiculous. I would love to go back, but at $800 a night, it's not likely. "

"Ocean view was great... beautiful suite. Excellent pool vibe, loved the grill and DJ. Only negative is they need more pool chairs and umbrellas at the beach. We were not able to secure an umbrella on the beach. Kevan was excellent on check in. "
