"We informed the hotel in advance that we would be checking in the following morning and requested that our rooms be held accordingly. However, upon arrival, we were told that no rooms were available for us on Sunday evening.
In addition to this issue, we were charged twice for the first night. The total amount charged was also significantly higher than the original reservation rate, and there were discrepancies compared to the receipt we received.
We have reported these issues to both Hyatt Centric Arlington and Hotels.com, but unfortunately, we have not received any response after two days. This has been a very disappointing experience for us.
Given the circumstances, we formally request:
A full refund of the duplicate charge for the first night
An immediate correction and refund of any overcharged amount.
We expect your immediate attention and resolution.
