"A very decent place with a very decent price. They were doing some rehab, but there was no machinery or anything like that. It looked like they were expanding. Although it was too early in the morning for breakfast for me, the breakfast buffet and the chef at the omelette station was excellent. Shawn at the omelette station greeted everyone very nicely and was a wonderful presence in the morning."

"The room/hotel was beautiful. Our room was amazing with exposed beam ceilings and exposed brick walls. The front desk staff was rather mid. Not terribly friendly, not terribly helpful but not rude or unhelpful either. The valet staff was pretty freaking awesome though. Unfortunately, because of the ceiling we could hear every single noise, footstep and cough from the room above us and constant noise in the alley way outside our room keeping us awake until late into the night. "

"Bedding and bed were clean and comfortable. But room is very sparse; no kettle or coffee maker. Window coverings barely cover the full window. Shower drains slowly. No where to put shampoo or soap except for the floor. Security latch on the exterior door was broken. Breakfast was minimal too. But the location was good and staff was very nice. "

"Staff at the pool area did not take our complaint seriously. When the maintenance people were installing the shelving for an outdoor bar area, they dropped the whole shelving box over. There was a mother with her baby nearby and the shelf nearly hit the baby. It was a close call. We informed the staff about this but they basically did nothing. Kids continued to play around the area. It was. Dangerous situation that could have been tragic. Other than that, the hotel was nice. "
