"The hotel was clean and the room was nice. Check in is late at 4pm. It’s usually 3pm which isn’t ideal, especially when travelling with kids. You have to pay $10+ for parking which I wasn’t aware of - not the end of the world. Also the pool is exterior to the hotel in a different building with only very small change rooms. This makes it difficult to swim or use the hot tub. Bring a robe!"

"The hotel overall was clean however it’s in desperate need of an upgrade. I booked a loft suite and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the jetted tub looked gross and the room was hot even with no heat and both windows upstairs and downstairs open - it was snowing outside and cold. Staff was lovely"

"We had another amazing nights stay at buffalo mountain lodge , as always the staff were amazing the room was exceptionally clean . This is the only hotel me and my family stay at when we want a night in banff "
