「I would say this is an OK option based on necessity, but I would not book this if I was wanting an upscale or full vacation experience. The property is run down a bit and the elevators and laundry rooms were all very dirty. It is also used for extended stay guests so I don't this the grounds are kept up if only for vacationers.」

「Our reservation was canceled and we never even received a notification. We called an hour before to the reservation company to get check in instructions and spoke to Leila who asked for our confirmation and said she would email instructions within the hour. I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...

「Had a wonderful time at Grand Lake Lodge. Booked it for a weekend getaway to RMNP. The view, location, bar, lobby, patio, pool and hot tub were all amazing! Room was clean and the soaps/shampoos smelled great. (I even took a picture of them to see if I can get some for my home) The only downside is that the walls in the half cabins are PAPER THIN. 「The staff is helpful when they are present, which is only 8 hours of the day. TV needed to be fixed by them when we first arrived because there was no signal. Power went out later in the afternoon after the staff left for the night so there was no one to help. Would have been a nice stay if they had people available to help in situations like these or if they could fix the underlying issues with the property where they know appliances frequently fail since one of the first things I was told...
