"This property was described as “exceptional” and the photos looked great. Unfortunately when we checked in we were met with the opposite experience. It’s described as a hotel and it is definitely a motel. The rooms are TINY and smelled like old dirty mop. I explained all of this to the staff and they were very sweet but there wasn’t much they could do. We were moved to an accessible room for more space but the room itself was “updated” but you can clearly tell maintenance took short cuts. No ventilation in the bathroom and hot showers made the fire alarm go off. Overall not great I wouldn’t stay again."

"Check in was good no problem at all. After checking in we decide to grab a coffee. When we got the coffee the cups did not seem very strong. When we were going back to the room my daughters cup started bending and making the hot coffee fall on her hand. I asked for a clean up and some ointment for the burn. Never did staff do anything to help us in that area. Then the sofa bed did not have clean sheets. I asked for them and it took them over 2 hours to get them to us until I let them know it was 9 and my daughter was tired "

"Great room size with excellent amenities. Nice large TV, full kitchen with fridge and a pullout sofa for the kids. Pool was great, although a little small, and the complimentary breakfast was amazing with the selections changing everyday. Our only issue was that our toilet backed up twice during our four-night stay. "

"Great spot if you need parking, a solid breakfast, and quick access to the airport and car rental returns. Convenient and easy for a smooth in-and-out stop."

"It’s a motel in what felt like a safe area. The included breakfast is nothing to write home about. Staff was helpful and prompt. There are some decent restaurants and a coffee shop close by in walking distance. Parking is pretty limited so if they’re sold out then I don’t know what they would do, wasn’t a problem"

"I stayed here for my birthday this past March. Immediately after I booked, I started getting texts saying that to make my experience better, I could pay an additional $75 for an earlier check in or late checkout. That was my first red flag. Many hotels will let you check in before 4:00 if the room is ready, which it usually is. I arrived at 2:30, and they let me know the room wasn’t ready and that I had to check in at 4:00. I assumed that was because I didn’t pay the extra $75. I came back at 3:56, and they told me again the room wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be until exactly 4:00. I returned at 4:01, and the front desk lady said, “Phew, I’m glad it’s finally ready.” She handed me the keys and a map but didn’t give me any information about the hotel, parking, elevator location, or anything else. I had to ask for additional details. Since it was my first time staying there, I was hoping for better customer service or at least a rundown of the amenities. The room was nice, so I’m giving it a 3. I couldn’t find bedding for the couch bed in the usual place, the closet, so I called the front desk to ask for it. The guy said, “I guess we can bring up an additional set.” I replied that I didn’t see any in the closet, and he responded, “It’s on the couch bed. When you open it, it’s pre made.” He came off as annoyed that I was even calling about it. Overall, the staff didn’t make me feel welcomed, but the rooms were nice. The parking isn’t horrible but not the best. "
