I want to share something that, honestly, still stings. On the second night at your Blackfoot location—where my wife and I stayed after spending long, heartbreaking hours at the hospital, knowing my father would pass the next day—we asked for two extra pillows. That’s it. Just a small comfort after two emotionally draining days. When your night clerk had to call the manager, I hoped for understanding. Instead, the response was rigid. Not even unused pillows from other rooms could be spared. In that moment, it felt like my deep personal pain meant nothing. I didn’t need a rule; I needed kindness. I hope you consider that sometimes a simple pillow can be a moment of humanity.

Location of hotel is in a weird location. Staff was friendly but off. Kept trying to remove a sticker from my debit card that wasn’t there. Lounge smelled off upon arrival. Hotel is very dated. Ok for a night

The hotel is a little tricky to pull into. You have to turn right at the McD drive thru and follow the signs to get behind the shopping center before you see the hotel. You can hear the trucks at night when you’re trying to sleep. Breakfast: toast, waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice and very weak coffee. The bed was comfortable and they allow dogs for a $15 fee.

The breakfast was terrible. The juice machine did not work. The syrup bottle was completely empty. The egg container was empty. There was 3 pieces of bread left. There was noone attending to the area. Trash can was overflowing. This was at 8am and was not busy at all. No excuse for this Super 8. The hallway smelled like Marijuana!
