"Nice flat near Plymouth Uni and walking distance to local shops. Access was a bit painful as tbe access code did not work but soon resolved by contacting customer services. Some of the property info such as wifi network and password were not correct either so they need to update their comms. Otherwise the flat was comfortable and had enough cutlery and crockery for 4 (other than bowls). On site parking is a bonus but the open and overflowing trash bins were unsightly and not very welcoming"

On arriving at the property I found the doors from the lounge locked and no key available to unlock them. "Lovely apartment. Great location as there are wonderful bars and places to reach within a two min distance. The apartment was a great size and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Lovely and clean but stating to show signs of ware and tear. I was a little bit cautious of sitting on the furniture as I think the leg are not so strong and n need of replacing or repairing. The cooking utensils were great for the cooking I was doing, possibly a bigger oven dish would be good, but that's only if you...
