「Very nice hotel !」

「A beautifully maintained hotel that was a great place to spend the night. We stayed in the tower with two and adults and two kids and was great to have three different levels, including the sitting room at the top with windows all around. The snacks in the communal sitting area was much appreciated and breakfast was very nice.」

「My stay was very nice. The shower stall needs to be drained properly. The water was backed up. Otherwise girls at the front desk were very helpful to us!!! We are coming back in the fall !!!!」

「Did online check-in and waited for digital key as I always do. Check-in time came and went and several hours later app still said that the room was being prepared. Had to go to the front desk only to be told that the room was ready. Not a big deal… But frustrating. Woke up at 6 AM to loud hallway music playing, open the door to find a speaker right above room 112 where we were staying. I’ve never been in a hotel where the hallway music was playing let alone loud enough to wake people up. Went...

「Needed to print a document in the business center. Staff member stopped what he was doing and went out of his way to help. Room was quiet and just what I needed to complete work on a project. No time for the pool. But it looked great.. breakfast was OK totally adequate. No diet drinks, a minor disappointment.」

「离费城市区很远，郊区农村，周围什么都没有，荒无人烟。去哪都不方便，住宿条件还行，适合开会，不适合旅游，开车快一个小时，比较远。」

「at least 10 long hair stocked in the Tub. Broken Button at the Jazzuci. Water was Too Dirty with many Hair. Late check out had to ask again and again, so this was so annoying. Room was NOT ready until 4:47 Pm. , BUT NO one said Sorry for that, and NO Compensation for it. Late check out until 12:30 in the morning, and this policy made customer couldn't sleep well. The Message sent from a manager to me Didn't help , even though she /he looked like to help me. it just wasted my time to message...
