「I took a taxi ($29) to the Baraka Guesthouse and upon arrival the gate was closed. I pressed the doorbell button and the person inside said there were no rooms. I told her I had a confirmation from Hotels.com and she acknowledged that she saw that, but regardless I couldn’t enter. I had to find an alternative at additional cost, plus taxi fare. 」

「The staff was super attentive to every need and made the stay all the better. 」

「Great hotel - we travelled as a large family of eleven. Staff were amazing, helping us with local transport and always fast to respond. We organized a late check out and a late lunch before our long flight back to the states. Nice surrounding area - very safe with Constantia village and the botanical gardens」

「very good very nice」

「A five star estate. Superb amenities. Great food and wine. Professional and attentive staff. Wonderful gardens. Amazing views surrounded by mountains. Relaxing spa. Well trained staff. The place to be.」

「酒店可以見到桌山，附近碼頭景色漂亮，步行去V&A wharf shopping mall非常方便。」

「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」

「Life truly is better at the Marly! What an amazing introduction to Cape Town! The staff members and Charisma were immediately helpful from the first second I walked in the door. The sea facing room was spacious and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Also the aromatherapy was such a great relief to the senses. I enjoyed every minute of my 3 night stay and can’t wait to return on future visits to the area!」

「Westin standard. All good. Not walking distance to other place. But shuttle service to Water front is fine. Need uber to other places.」

「The room was excellent and the staff is world class. The customer service here is exceptional and world standard. Everyone is friendly. Wonderful experience. Words are not enough, you just have to experience it.」

「Basically staying in SA safety is a concern, i had a very bad experience in my last visit of SA in the other hotel. City lodge is quite good about this, the employee is good. One complaint is the view, i didn't get the mountain view this time.」
