"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. "Clean rooms with beautiful views. This place was perfect for what we were looking for- enjoying local cuisines, a place to relax, activities offered (but not absolutely necessary). After a week, staff recognizes you and makes you feel special. Shout out to the bar staff: Daria, Djara, Darryl, Gunnar- for smiling and laughing even during the busy times; our favorite dinner server, Bianca, who is so kind and friendly; Alex, who had such knowledge of the area on our rum tour, and greeted us every time after. It was just the thing we needed to escape and really focus on living and get back to the basics."
