「Room was not very clean. Heated pool was not working and fire pit on the roof terrace was out of order」

「The room was not properly cleaned the table in dining was covered in old food, the floor needed sweeping and vacuuming as well as the bed frame. The staff were very cold when we first approached the front desk with the male completely ignoring us. It is nice that they allow you to use showers especially when you arrive after driving over night. However they need locked doors on the showers as it was a very uneasy feeling.
