Clean hotel Check in is about 4-5 blocks away No front desk Good location If you are noise sensitive the hotel could be a little noisy. You can hear the astronomical clock ding every hour. Very spacious room!! It had a portable A/C. For a big room, having 2 would have been better than only 1, but it was ok. Having a washer and dryer was great!

Hotel was immaculately clean, check in was very efficient. Breakfast was very good and buffet always kept topped up even in the busy period. Hotel was close to shops and a short walk to the trams and metro. Staff were helpful and nothing was too much effort. Only minor point was the shower screen was a bit short and water went over the bathroom if you were not careful. Bottle of Prosecco on arrival is nice touch and it was actually very nice. Would definitely stay again without any hesitation.

I literally can’t recommend this place enough. The heated floors in the bathroom/kitchen, the new appliances, the cleanliness, and the fruit basket which was such a nice touch. Everything was absolutely stocked and thought of, from the coffee to the bathrobes, slippers, and extra blankets - I didn’t have to ask them for anything during my stay because it was already there. Check in process was smooth and communication was clear. Also in a central location and I felt very safe given all the locks you need to go through and 24/7 security. I highly recommend to anyone coming to Prague.
