"Location is excellent with easy access to bus and restaurants. Room is large and bright and comfortable. Breakfast was lacklustre. Menu is unchenged for our 4 days stay, ost disappointing is the dry quiche with undercooked potato masquerading as Spanish potato omlette, a popular breakfast item throughout Spain, Assortment of menu items is not generrous. For some reason, the faucets in the tub and wash basin are both loose."

"Exceptional property! Incredible location next to the Mercat Central and the cathedral. Quiet at night. Room was exceptionally well-appointed and was basically a full kitchen. I’m not a fan of heavy duvets and waterproof sheets (especially in the summer) so the bed was far too hot and sweaty at night, but I know a lot of hotels use these kinds of mattress protectors. It would be nice for western guests if the hotel could provide additional towels and facecloths. Breakfast was good - my husband tried it out one morning We’d definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Valencia!"

"We had a Standard Room which was clean but a little small, fine for the 4 days we were there. Beds were comfortable. Good shower. There wasn’t a kettle but we did get one when we asked. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel not too far from old town with bus station, metro and shopping centre nearby. Cost of room a little high in comparison to other similar hotels."

"The photos look better than reality. The entrance and bar look really nice but as soon as you step into the rest of the hotel you realise the decor and quality of the finish is lacking. We had a standard room and it felt cheap and tacky. The rooftop pool and spa also had a cheap feel to them. You had to get towels from reception. The jacuzzi was cold. It just felt very self-service and not luxurious. The staff are lovely and friendly but it was clear the hotel was understaffed with the reception staff running around to meet guest requests. Overall an okay experience but we had higher expectations from the photos etc. We still had an amazing time in Valencia."
