Ana had considered our room preferences when allocating for our stay and we appreciate this so much. Having stayed at the hotel many times, room 305 is our favourite yet! We are currently enjoying another 4 nights in another room at the hotel and will most definitely be returning!」

「I am an ambulatory wheelchair user and the hotel responded to my queries before the stay in a timely manner. We had a classic suite - it was very nice to have a proper sofa in the room and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the mini-kitchen facilities in the room as we ate breakfast on the terrace each morning but useful if you don't fancy going out. 「Comfortable, modern apartment within walking distance of the City of Arts and Sciences. Valencia centre is a short bus ride away. We managed to find a parking spot in a nearby street, but we got lucky. Parking spots were very rare. Very friendly staff.」

「Stayed at Axel hotel for 3 nights, the location was perfect east walking distantace to central market and the old town. The best thing about it's location is we can go back to the hotel when we feel tired or during siesta. All the staff are courteous and friendly. Special mention to Davide for recommending a great tapas bar and helping us with our transport to airport. Rooms are clean and spacious, we even enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi which is a great treat after a day of walking. Highly...
