"The room was clean and comfortable and very spacious. The room amenities were wonderful: plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion, etc. Our only incident was some man opened our door and started coming in at 00:30 our first night and then our key card didn’t work after we went for breakfast. We told the receptionist about this and she issued us totally new cards and apologized but I feel we should have a bit more compensation than that. It was a very frightening incident and we did tell the desk clerk that it made us feel very unsafe!! The breakfast is worth the $15 Euro cost. It was excellent!!"

"Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience during our stay. We booked a room with one double bed, but upon arrival we were given a tiny room with three single beds, two together and one o top of them. When we raised the issue with the receptionist, we were told that no other rooms were available and no alternative solution was offered. Our reservation also included a continental breakfast. However, the only items available were coffee and orange juice. When we asked about the rest of the breakfast, the staff member in the kitchen explained that they did not have anything else available that day. Additionally, the property is advertised online as a hotel, but in reality it appears to be more of a youth residence with shared accommodations. This was not what we expected based on the listing description. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and we were disappointed with both the accommodations and the services provided."

"Lovely Stay in the hotel..Staff are helpful. Room size is generous. Location is excellent. We stayed during Fallas and the bus stop to the centre of the city was just around the bend. Very close to Science Museum and everything including restaurants is just very close to the hotel. I recommend"

"Petit hôtel charmant, très bien situé dans la vielle ville pour visiter les sites historiques. Le personnel est professionnel et aidant. Par exemple, Alexandre nous a permis d'accéder à notre chambre en avance alors que nous étions épuisés après un long vol. Il a aussi contacté un taxi au moment de notre depart, avec beaucoup d'efficacité. Plusieurs terrasses et restaurants autour. On recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation."

"The hotel itself was very nice, with clean rooms and good facilities, and overall it had the potential to be a great stay. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the reception staff. I was allowed to check in and given a room key, only to find it was already occupied by another guest. This was an extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing situation that should never happen. What made the experience even more disappointing was that there was no apology from the reception staff when I reported the issue. While the hotel and amenities were good, the lack of professionalism and customer service from the reception team left a negative impression and detracted from what could have been an enjoyable stay."
