The hotel overall is really nice and overall the staff too. The only reason why I give it four stars is because of the following reasons. Other than that I do recommend staying here 2-3 day max. 1) the hotel is relatively new so when I visited in March it looked like they were still trying to figure out some things. 2) we visited right before the carnival and when the Fallas started. The hotel is located in a nice city Center area, which means that you could hear the noon and midnight fireworks. This is more on us than the hotel to be honest since we decided to stay there despite the email we received from the hotel, but is worth noting that the noise is pretty clear during firework season. 3) when reserving our room description said partial city view, but honestly you only see the building next to the hotel. 4) the lobby doesn't give 5-star hotel vibes. It is just a small section within the first floor. We sat on the booths against the reception desk for breakfast and, I gotta say we heard everything that was happening - mainly a guest complaining about the firework noise. Aside from all of this, breakfast was pretty good! Their dexot juice is delicious! And the rooms aesthetically pleasing.

The property is beautiful and the staff on property was outstanding; however, the property is considerably under staff. The lack of bellman’s and valet parking attendants was constant through our stay, to the point that on our check out there was no one on the hotel with a drivers license and I had to get my car personally from the parking lot used by the property a few blocks away. They definitely need to hire more people to help the current amazing staff they have!

The rooms & hotel facilities are of a good standard and the hotel is in a convenient location. The breakfast service was very poor during the majority of our stay and really let the hotel down. It did not meet our baseline expectations of a 5 star hotel (or even a hotel of a much lower star rating). Perhaps they are very under staffed. We had issues with very slow service, items that did not arrive, severely overcooked items (e.g very burnt, black pancakes that had been flipped over and hidden under garnishes in an attempt to disguise how black they were), very under cooked items (e.g raw eggs). We ordered tea and coffee at the beginning of breakfast and it either arrived very late or not at all. I somehow ended up very unwell with dysentry. Due to the above issues, we strongly suspect that the cause was the hotel breakfast. Of note, on checking out of the hotel we were charged for items we did not use / order from the mini bar and from the restaurant. This was very early in the morning and our focus was on arriving on time for our early morning flight, and on conserving enough energy so that I would be well enough to travel after being so unwell. As such, I did not raise the issue at the time, but this type of thing really should not happen. Unless the standard of service were to be completely transformed, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are certainly better options elsewhere in Valencia which is otherwise lovely.

This hotel is excellent. The staff were excellent, the glass of fizz on arrival was a treat. The rooms were a great size and we appreciated the coffee machine, chocolates and good amounts of water. Double sinks in the room made it great for two mates. Pillows amazing and comfy beds

The hotel staff were all very nice (with one exception, but I wouldn’t let that hurt the experience when everyone else was so outstanding). We didn’t know there was going to be a 1/2 marathon with streets shut down around the hotel on our departure day but the hotel was as accommodating. The room was beautiful, I would stay there again.

Wonderful stay

Hotel was super comfortable and great location in old part of city. Staff was incredibly helpful with showing where to go, eat and even organizing a visit to hospital when my wife was sick
