"It was a nice hotel but for the price we paid I think it is over hyped. The buffet was not good either, but view at the balcony was nice and staff was really nice. "

"Very loud by the independence monument. Music all night long. Hard to describe but literally all night. Near bike kiosks but only one bike when we needed it. Across from a big market so great for anyone who wants some fruit or souvenirs. No microwave so all our leftovers were wasted from dinner. No plastic or wood ware so luckily had my own with me but couldn't have eaten without my own. Coffee and tea ok. Nice shower and bed. Toilet function ok. Challenges with room key and hallway entry "

"Staff members are helpful, polite, caring, always attentive to what you need in particular the personnel during breakfast time and the housekeepers. Hotel is very clean. The property is very close to El Zócalo therefore there is a lot of people during the night and the area can be loud, but once inside the hotel is relatively calm. We were in an interior room therefore the outside noise was not heard. The only thing I would say is the conversations or noise from other guests can be heard clearly in the room when they walk the hallways. Its not something than the hotel can really control, I would say if you are a light sleeper then request a room at the end of the hallway. We enjoyed our stay, great location. "

"Stayed twice. The proximity (walking) to the airport was wonderful. Restaurant has a varied menu and service ranged from excellent to moderate. Rooms are Marriott rooms. Clean and comfortable. "

"Our stay was okay overall, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The walls or windows don’t seem very soundproof, so we could hear a lot of outside noise. The room also did not include a fridge or microwave, which would have been convenient. There is no pool, and parking requires an additional fee. Another small inconvenience was the key card system used to keep the lights on in the room. Since the key has to remain inserted in a slot to maintain power, it would be helpful if the hotel automatically provided two keys at check-in, especially for guests who may not be familiar with this system. The room itself was clean, but I recommend carefully reading what amenities the hotel does and does not include before booking, so there are no surprises."
