"El mejor hotel para esperar para un vuelo muy temprano por la manana, si les sugiero mas unidades de transporte a terminal 2 para los que tienen que ir del hotel a terminal 2, para vuelos temprano en la mañana Yo tenia que salir a las 4am para mi vuelo a las 630 pero la fila era de 20 personas esperando el shuttel , la verdad tube una mala experiencia ya que el agente encargado de la coordinacion mostro una actitud no muy amable, la verdad fue muy agrecibo y descortes le pregunte que si tenian varias unidades para toda la gente en espera y soo me dijo, haga linea y espere su turno, agarre mi maleta y a mi hijo y agarramos un Taxi mejor a terminal 2 . Shuttle en este hotel sale cada 60min. Ojala puedan leer mi cometario y mejorar experiencias. "

"Cheap pricing, great location. Everything is at a walking distance BUT it gets way too noisy and you can literally hear someone snoring from 2 rooms away! Would I stay here again? Yes if I’m trying to save money. The room is pretty clean but both times I stayed here both times I found hair on sheets or ground, especially in the shower drain big hair balls. But the staff is nice. Beds are comfy. "

"They steal more than 7000 US $$ on my cards after I left the hotel . I left the hotel at 5 Am on November 23 i went to another city,on 24 I bought something for 25 $$ on my cards both got declined, I only used them to pay for food and the hotel room.when I called one of my bank they informed me the same day I left the hotel; there were 42 orders placed on AliExpress on my master card which I didn’t make. And I m still calling the second bank to lock my Visa card. Believe me I have an idea who stole the card information. Because the first day when I got to the hotel the young lady took the card place it on the front desk trying to make the payment it turned it just thanks a glance i think they record my card with the camera at the desk without my knowledge.. ladronnnnn ladronnnn ladronnnn"

"The staff were polite, thought not very helpful. The room we got did not match the picture of the room we selected. And the bed was so hard that my wife booked us another room. If you are staying in Mexico City from abroad I would choose somewhere else to stay."
