「Great service and food. They really take care of you at this resort.」

「Rooms need a lot of upgrade for a 4 star hotel. There was water clogging in the bathrooms. Our room refrigerator was not working( that was an issue as we had a toddler with us ) Pools were dirty and over all property needs a lot of maintenance. Staff was really helpful and tried their best to help but there was so much they could do with the proper management.」

「Me gustó la atención de los empleados. Amables y serviciales. No me gustó los 4 camastros qué ponen a disposición de los clientes. Están en muy mal estado. No había papel higiénico ni tallas en el. Baño del restaurante a las 8 y 30 de la mañana abriendo ellos el. Restaurante a las 7 am. El carro de transporte solo. Uno hay ahora para 3 usuarios. La comida aceptable pero muy raquitica. En fin ya no es como antes yo he visitado este hotel. Por muchas ocasiones y lastima ahora vade mal. En peor....

「Loved being surrounded by the jungle. Short walk to the beach. Good air conditioning. The staff were friendly and kind. The cooked breakfast was a nice treat. The staff offered portable "beach" chairs, but they weren't really beach chairs, more like chairs used for an outdoor concert. We were expecting Tommy Bahama style beach chairs. This was our only disappointment.」

El arreglo era invierto por lo que imposible quedarse en un lugar donde no había agua por un problema de ellos. La idea de balcón estaba bien, pero da directo a la calle y habia mucho ruido de la gente y motos en el super mercado. Y el balcón tenía un olor desagradable entre viejo y sucio. El apartamento parecía bien equipado y el baño amplio. Pero no pudimos hacer uso de nada pir el...

「This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing. Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked.」
