「Reasonable price and convenient to the airport.
Check in was a bit awkward being fully automated and I couldn't get the machine to speak anything other than Spanish eventhough other languages were possible. There were others who struggled with it as well. I also didn't get the info for how to do it beforehand. Luckily someone was available to call and assist.」

「La chambre était propre j'ai aimé, sauf que à mon arrivée j'ai un peu galeré,j'ai pas trouvé la réception de l’hôtel,il y'a un numéro de téléphone qu’il faut appeler et du coup la dame au téléphone elle parle seulement espagnol et en tant que touriste et étranger c'est un peu chaud pour se comprendre sur ce qu'elle dit, mais pour le reste j'étais vraiment satisfait.

「New Building with extremely poorly designed rooms.
Hot water is not reliable, had to take 2 cold showers. Staff had no explanation as to why there was no hot water.
Bathroom had a horrible setup, non shower doors or walls of any sort. No place to set anything. Everything gets wet when using the shower. The floor floods and water pores out of the bathroom into the room.
Property is extremely understaffed. Parking lot has few parking spots. Hotel is next to a Police Station of some sort and...
