「This is the most amazing hotel. The staff are delightful, the welcome drink we chose was a very nice white wine from the local area. The hotel has a metro card ready for you to take to travel into the city. The pool was cool but the views amazing. The room was out of this world. His and hers showers. A sofa. A huge bed. The food in the bar was great and the breakfast was very well stocked. We would have got rid of the canned background music, covers of pop songs was less than exciting for such a...

「El servicio de recepción un desastre y la noche del sábado el hotel sin avisar hizo una fiesta con dj en el propio hotel en el interior y en la terraza a todo volumen, hasta las dos de la mañana. Por lo tanto, toda la noche sin poder dormir ni descansar, debido al volumen de la fiesta y una vez acabada toda esa gente en la calle hasta más de las tres de la mañana haciendo ruido. Un desastre, llamamos a recepción para quejarnos y nos mintieron y no hicieron nada para acabar con el ruido.」

「Great location between the cathedral and the market in the old town with all the amazing cafes, shops and historical sites to offer…. and just a 30 minute walk to the Guggenheim through the new town. Super little hotel with friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast offering a range of freshly made hot and cold dishes. Room was a big snug with limited hanging space but clean, cool and everything worked.」

「Clean and modern, well-appointed and everything worked. Excellent option for small family (although would have been small for 4 adults). Very easy to get to and from airport (located right by bus station) and major sites were accessible on foot. Area was fine during day (busy with open bars and shops) but felt a little quiet at night. Overall, a good option at less than price of family room in central location or paying for two rooms.」

「The location is perfect for a day tour at Bilbao. Right next to the Guggenheim Museum within walking distance to the old city, other tourist spots and nice restaurants.」

「The hotel is conveniently located above the intermodal, providing quick access to the bus terminal and associated parking. It's close to the San Mames stadium and there are a lot of food options within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable with proper air conditioning. The bathroom was also great, with a build in bidet for the toilet. Our room had a view of the city towards San Mames Stadium - beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to do so!」

「Excelente opción para pasar unos días en Bilbao. Precio bueno y aunque está un poco lejos de la ciudad, los taxis nunca superaron los 10 euros. Buena opción para llegar a descansar.」
