「Bonito pero no proporcional costo de habitación para lo que te daba. Definitivamente el precio es muy alto para la habitación y servicios」

「Hotel was excellent highly recommend it. Suggest to call the hotel to have a better understanding of where the room is located if it is your first time as some rooms are not part of the palace. Staff was excellent and it being our first time in Getxo/Bilbao, they were very helpful and informative with great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping & dining. To be honest, they were all great but Mercedes, Ysabel, Christian, Alvarro, Arkais, Asiyer,」

「Muy buen lugar y buena ubicación」

「I suppose a good location if visiting the area, but a full service hotel it is not. No Air Con, so open windows is the only relief to disperse heat, but when your room is above a busy roundabout and bus route hub the noise of traffic , vehicle horns and heavy goods vehicles is very loud. The noise is amplified by the shape of the front of the building which allows a conversation at street level to arrive in your room as though a shouting match is taking place. A basic, but pleasant breakfast was...

「房間很大，地方很好用。十分清潔。 」

「A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. I booked a room with queen size bed (indicating preference on high floor), but was given a DOUBLE bed for 3rd floor. As for the view, Smart Inner View means facing the window of your...

「Facile accesso, con tutto quello che serve」

「Excellent service, highly recommended.」

「Alles wunderbar.

「Clean rooms, spacious. Liked that it has a small open kitchen, and also a washing machine. Centrally located. Double glazed windows so it was quiet in the room too!」

「Clean and modern hotel minutes away from the airport. 」

「Very clean and spacious. Great amenities (kitchenette, fridge, stove top, utensils). 4 minutes walk to the intermodal (public transport). Location is safe and within 30-minute walk from the Guggenheim and bridges to old towns.」

「乾淨客房，員工有幫助，早餐簡便但不錯，酒吧沒使用。」

「I would like to thank for the staff that has been really helpful and kind. The first night I arrived was the eclipse and I didn’t know about that, which they told me about it and the hotel will open the terrace for the guest to enjoy. (A perfect spot as well.) The room was clean. The location is super convenient to go to Guggenheim. You can take the tram easily to the old town and it is nice and quiet. I would recommend this place for travellers to stay.」
