"What an incredible place to stay! The property was beautiful and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The host was wonderful and even met as at the front of the property to take us to our location. He answered all our questions and gave us a tour. The view was amazing and the pool was right there! The breakfast is especially wonderful as is the staff. And the pool, though small, is wonderful and has a bar open in the late afternoon and evening. You can swim until 9PM, which is a nice bonus after a long day exploring the surrounding areas of Uvita, Ballena Marine National Park (5 minute walk from the property) and the surrounding areas....

Any issues that occurred I was able to inform the host & it was handled promptly. I understand it being in the jungle & or nature habitat so there was naturally bugs & pests, scared me a little but it was fine. I really enjoyed the home it was beautiful!"

"Yes, as I wrote in a personal review for the owner/manager, aside from her direct, hands-on style of running the place, Paraizo Azul's biggest draw (for me) is its superb, generous SWIMMING pool, which forms the center of a very open, communal lay-out ... shadowed generously by a wide view of river delta, in front of ocean, off in the distance."
