Toller Blick vom Zimmer und Pool! Schöne kleine Anlage! Sehr erholsam. Frühstück und Essen grundsätzlich gut, scheint aber mit unterschiedlichen Köchen sehr zu schwanken.

The good: This is an excellent hotel with spectacular views, friendly staff, and a zen atmosphere. The bad: There is 1.8 KM of unpaved steep rocky road before you get to the gate and another kilometer before getting to the property. This is bad enough that we decided to give up 2 prepaid nights and leave early despite having a 2WD SUV (To their credit, hotel credit us for our incidentals, which accounted for part of the nightly rate). I highly recommend this hotel as long as you have known brand AWD SUV. The hotel casually informs you of this as a requirement after you book, which was too late for us.

The absolutely lap of luxury located at the top of the world. Most breathtaking views in Costa Rica! You are perched in the middle of the rainforest overlooking the ocean on one side and mountains on the other. The rooms are clean and luxurious, the food and drinks are amazing and we can’t say enough about the warmth and care of the staff. Best massage I ever had was here.

Our stay here for my boyfriend's birthday & valentines' day was amazing! From the concierge service, transport, bartenders, waitress/waiters to the house keeping staff. The rooms were very clean & neat, house keeping service was great & very considerate of organizing & making everything look nice & organized. The concierge service by far the best I've had! Super attentive, & made our booking & transportation easy & stress-free. Bartenders make the most amazing drinks!! The hotel has amazing views!! If you're thinking about staying here definitely go ahead & book!

An outstanding property; one of the best I have ever stayed at. The views are incredible, rooms are well kept and bar and restaurant are open 6a-10p. But you do need 4wd to get up the mountain on a rough road to it (faster is better) and the food is very healthy and may not be enough for everyone, but is delicious. Staff become family quickly. We'll be back.

The room was spotless and the staff is so kind and caring. They want you to feel comfortable and luxurious at all times. We really enjoyed breakfast each day, home made juices and breads and they have the best cheeseburger in town (and the best fries). We had simply the best massages ever in their spa and they were so good we booked two more. Their pool has the best view and is larger than an Olympic lap pool. I cannot say enough about how kind and caring the staff are. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return!

Das Zimmer und die Aussicht sind genial.Minibar bei Sunset Villa ist inclusive und wird jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Das Abendessen ist eher schwierig, wenn man eine Fisch-und Meeresfrüchteallergie hat und keinen Käse mag. Da bleibt auf der Speisekarte nichts mehr übrig. Roomservice wird angeboten, man hat aber keinen Tisch zum Essen. Getränke und Essen sehr teuer. Wie überall in Costa Rica Bauarbeiten in der Nähe und immer laute Gartenarbeiten mit lauten Geräten.

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. The hotel offered exactly what I was looking for which was rest relaxation and enjoying nature. The staff was friendly and very courteous and attentive to all of my needs. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was 100% satisfactory, which it was. It was my 50th birthday and the fact that the staff all went out to wish me well on my special day and having the room set up as a surprise birthday was memorable and I truly appreciate everyone there. The food was good, but overall amazing amazing amazing

Das Three Sixty war das Ende unserer 3-wöchigen Rundreise durch Costa Rica und es war einfach der perfekte Abschluss! Die Aussicht ist absolut atemberaubend, das Essen ist extrem lecker, aber vor allem die Mitarbeiter machen den Aufenthalt perfekt. Alle sind unglaublich aufmerksam und sehr bemüht, auf alle Wünsche einzugehen - bei manchen auch noch bevor man selbst weiß, dass man sie hat. Da wir aufgrund unseres Rückfluges früh auschecken mussten, haben wir noch ein Frühstück und Kaffee-to-go Becher bekommen. Von der Villa aus konnten wir zahlreiche Tiere beobachten, wie Kapuziner-Affen, Tucane, Papageien und Aras, was ein weitere Pluspunkt war. Auch die Massage im Spa war super gut und extrem entspannend - absolute Empfehlung! Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen für uns waren die schlecht platzierten Lichtschalter am Nachttischt in der sonst sehr schönen und großen Villa. Von allen Hotels in Costa Rica, bei denen wir übernachtet hatten, war es außerdem das einzige Hotel, bei dem der Cappuccino extra gekostet hatte. Aber das waren für uns nur Kleinigkeiten und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden bei unserer nächsten Reise nach Costa Rica, die wir jederzeit wieder antreten würden, sofort wieder hier her kommen. Vielen Dank und pura vida!

This property is the perfect get away to beautiful Costa Rica. The location of the hotel and the views are amazing. The staff were tremendously helpful, courteous and a joy to be around. I would definately reccomended this hotel and we will be back again! If you stay with Hotel 360 please make sure and have Jefferson or William at the bar make you a 360 Martini!
