"Great location- close to beach- pools were busy with kids-staff were great- very loud as construction started 7am-7pm on site. no coffee pot/toaster in room- coffee by office every morning. I would stay again-good value"

"The kitchen pool service was poor n there was no customers Forgot our order and didnt offer compensation or apologies. Wifi is not strong outdoor pool area of hotel. Kitchen table and chairs in bungalows are not sturdy. Its a 3 out of 5. "

"We had booked the adult only part of the resort. It stated that the resort was ocean front, but the adult section was across the street and facing a busy highway. There was also a few night where there were kids staying there. In that section is one of the a la cart restaurants but it’s not restricted to just adults, so you can hear crying kids when the restaurant is open. The a la cart restaurant is impossible to make reservations for. You have to go on an app which doesn’t work very well since wifi is spotty. The pool and beach doesn’t have nearly enough chairs since people put their towels on them at 6 am and then don’t show back up until late morning or afternoon. The fridge in the room was moldy so we didn’t use it. Bring your own pillows since the ones there are about a foot thick and very hard. Don’t lean on the railing of you balcony because ours was rusted through. The Buffett is mediocre and I wish they had more local fruits for every meal not just breakfast. I realize that a resort of this size needs to have staff working the sites 24 hours a day, but they should really try to be quieter when they are working in the middle of the night and not laughing and chatting while people are trying to sleep. Next time we would not go to a resort, we would just rent a bungalow."

"the bed mattress was very dirty looking.... One of my pillows had sort of stuffing in it and held together with a safetu pin... No one speaks emglish... , You need to pay with ccash pecos for room No cell service in los ayala. Only wifi Staff was very good.. Also There web page Shows picture of beautiful location..But the picture is actually located in Puerto Valarta... Over priced.. 560 pecos per day except friday and saturday 760 pecos each day. Definietly frauduant picture of scenic location... Would never stay here. BEST TO BOOK A PLACE THERE FOR 2 DAYS and go look for other place to stsy"

"Excellent hotel in a perfect location — close to the beach and town center, yet far enough to be quiet. Very clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a safe, secure environment. We stayed with young kids and loved the room size, room service, fully equipped kitchen, pool, and great facilities. Highly recommended."
