「Kamer was heel vies bij aankomst. Bij de receptie wat van gezegd en gelijk in orde gemaakt/ schoongemaakt en stond een fles cava en twee glazen als excuus. Dus heel netjes opgelost. Verder vonden wij de kamer gedateerd. Best veel beschadigingen aan het meubilair, vloer en badkamer. Oude muffe gang en deuren naar de kamers. De faciliteiten zoals het zwembad, ligbedden, de bar, het eten et cetera was allemaal goed en gezellige vibe. Fijn en enthousiast personeel. Live muziek in de avond en yoga...

「The hotel was lovely to look at. Our experience with staff varied in that some were not welcoming and also could not provide us with the information we needed, yet others were very accomodating. Our biggest disappointment was upon arrival we were told that 2 of the restaurants in the hotel were closed. Also I would add that the dinner buffet costs 87 euro per person excluding drinks. 「Das Hotel ist wirklich optisch sehr ansprechend und hat eine Gute Atmosphäre. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Handtücher, sowohl für den Pool als auch für das Zimmer, waren an 2 Tagen nicht verfügbar. Hier gab es scheinbar logistische Herausforderungen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Man muss wissen, dass im Poolbereich immer Musik gespielt wird, d.h. von 8.30 Uhr bis 23/24 Uhr. 「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」
