The staff are so lovely and happy, they make the hotel a pleasure to visit. Excellent food choices and quality is superb. We love that it is small enough to feel friendly and intimate, but large enough to feel lively and has access to a brilliant beach for safe swimming and small bars along the boardwalk. Truly comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our 2nd visit and definitely not our last, I’m sure.

The staff were unhelpful and slow | there was an earwig in our “clean” towels, wood lice all over the room and a centipede on the sofa | there is no double glazing or sound proofing so you are woken up at 7am every morning with the cleaners shouting at each other | staff playing blearing music from their phones | there is not enough parking so you have to park elsewhere | there are no ashtrays on balcony’s or anywhere | the only good thing about this hotel is the location by the beach and restaurants

Es war unser zweiter Besuch in dem Hotel. Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen war aber schon ruhig gelegen. Das Essen ist fantastisch und die Kellner sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Hingegen sind die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption eher unhöflich, nicht und wenig hilfsbereit. Wir würden das Hotel aufgrund der schönen ruhigen Lage und des guten Essens aber weiter empfehlen.

Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Teilen, wir waren in dem Trakt mit Blick auf den Strand und auf das Meer. Als wir im Zimmer ankamen waren im Bad auf dem Klo und auf dem Boden noch haare von den Bewohnern davor was nicht sehr appetitlich war. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und für jeden was vorhanden. Wenn man aber irgendwelche Unverträglichkeiten oder man aucj noch vegan ist dann wird es schwierig. Die Hafermilch war nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes aus und bis zum Ende gab es auch keine mehr. Meiner Freundin wurde gesagt sie soll sich ihr Zeug selbst kaufen und sie bekommt dann das Geld wieder außerdem wurde gesagt sie besorgen die nächsten Tage was, es wurde aber nie was besorgt. ( ich hatte im Vorhinein eine e-mail geschrieben und da wurde mir versichert es wären genug alternativen vorhanden) Eine kaputte Luftmatratze lag die ganze zeit kaputt rum und wurde bis zum Schluss nicht weggeräumt. Am Strand die Liegen kosten extra, 27€ am Tag was total überzogen ist. Alles in allem war der Preis meines Erachtens viel zu teuer. Ibiza selbst ist eine tolle Insel, wir werden wieder kommen aber dann in einem anderen Hotel.

Maravilloso

La estancia ha sido genial. Hemos estado 5 días y 4 noches, la playa del hotel es fabulosa y las dos piscinas del hotel también. Es una zona ideal para los que buscan tranquilidad, si buscáis más “jaleo” no es vuestra zona. La comida es de muy buena calidad, aunque algo mas de variedad por las noches se agradecería. Destacar también la amabilidad y el trato del personal del buffet porque han sido encantadores siempre. ¡Volveremos siempre que no suban los precios descaradamente!

The hotel and the surrounding areas are gorgeous. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a lovely suite overlooking the beach. One thing to keep in mind is, while the hotel is adults only, the beach is not.

First Time in Ibiza

This was my first visit to Ibiza, and while I wasn’t seeking a party scene, it was reassuring to know the lively areas weren’t far. I appreciated the adults-only resort atmosphere, though the nearby public beach does mean lots of families and children are around. My room was basic, and I was surprised to be placed on the same floor as staff. While they were friendly, it did lead to occasional service lapses like housekeeping delays. At times, I felt neglected, particularly with things like overflowing garbage cans and towel piles being left unattended for too long. All staff should remain vigilant in these areas to ensure every guest feels seen and cared for. Thankfully, these issues were resolved after raising them, but ideally, they shouldn’t arise during a stay. Service was a standout across the resort. At the front desk, Laura and Jessica were warm and professional, and Musa was incredibly helpful during my late check-in. The pool bar team—Sarita, Carolina, Elena, Fabio, Sarah, Eduardo, Martin, and Daniella—was always attentive and upbeat, making my stay feel special. Onsite entertainment was a fun bonus, with energetic performances from singers and a memorable saxophone/singer duo that really set the mood. It would be great if the pool could remain open during these shows for guests who prefer a more relaxed, non-traditional way of enjoying the entertainment. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and definitely worth adding to your package, even if just for breakfast.

Cet Hôtel est excellent , bel accueil et notamment Ana qui nous a servi de tour opérator depuis son accueil et aussi un grand merci à Maria la coach de yoga, pilates et Aqua yoga etc …. In der Hotelbeschreibung steht, dass man für 11 Euro frühstücken kann, das stimmt leider nicht, es sind 23 Euro, das ist für das Angebot viel zu teuer. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört wann die Zimmernachbarn heimkommen, Gespräche vom Gang und selbst vom Zimmer eine Etage drüber. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Zimmer könnten besser gereinigt werden. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer zum Pool hin. Da man weit weg ist und keine großen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat, ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schwierig, aber machbar, man muss halt einige Meter laufen. Am 2. Pool mit Meerblick kann man nicht liegen, die Liegen stehen auf der Terasse oberhalb, hier passt das Bild aus der Beschreibung nicht. Zum sehr schönen Srand muss man nur eine Treppe runter, perfekt.

Gros complexe. Si vous chercher un hôtel à taille plus humaine je ne recommande pas. Chambre vue mer très jolie et très propre malgré une insonorisation pas top où on entends les voisins parlés... L'hôtel est a côté de la plage de portinatx qui est très jolie. Je suis déçue par contre sur le petit dejeuner... peu de choix, pas assez varié, une seule machine à cafe avec la queue pour se servir... je m'attendais à mieux. Séjour de 3 nuits suffisant pour visiter le nord de l'île
