The hotel is very nice and well located for a quiet holiday. Breakfast buffet was good not great. Majority of staff (check in, restaurants, pool, valet) were rude, unhelpful and seemed annoyed / bothered when asked anything.

We stayed in a club room and loved the design of the hotel, easy access to all facilities and the beautiful nearby beach. We would definitely recommend the hotel for relaxation and found it to be good value for money. We will hopefully be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in the north of the island. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the clean, modern, and brand-new facilities. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed, from the rooms to the public spaces. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay and couldn’t have done enough for us. There were 3 pool areas and a beach club at the resort with large subeds and plenty of space for everyone! We also made good use of the two well-equipped gym facilities and the free classes available which was a bonus for keeping active during our trip. One of our favourite evenings was spent at the rooftop bar, where we enjoyed cocktails and an amazing acoustic band at sunset – a magical experience. Mornings were made better by the delicious breakfast: a wide selection of high-quality options, both healthy and indulgent. The nearby beach was stunning, with crystal-clear water and a peaceful atmosphere. There is also a number of coves in walking distance. It’s a great base for exploring northern Ibiza – we loved visiting nearby spots like Aubergine, Hacienda Na Xamena, and Atzaró, all just a short drive away. All in all, a perfect combination of style, comfort, and convenience. We will be back!

The hotel is very well presented, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The pool areas are lovely and the views from the main restaurant area are fantastic. We enjoyed staying here for 5 nights and would not hesitate to return. The parking solution was also excellent if you have a hire car. One minor aspect that could be improved is if a way of shading the room balcony could be introduced. We found the balcony unusable during the day because it is too exposed to direct sunlight. Lastly, whilst all of the food we had at the hotel was tasty, the a la carte options at the buffet could be a little more varied. An a la carte selection at breakfast would also be nice, rather than buffet only. We still enjoyed the food but this would take the dining experience in the hotel to the next level. Overall it is a beautiful hotel that is well worth a visit.

Nice hotel, nice atmosphere, except the loud music from the hotel next door. Unfortunately the reservation was messed up and we were put in the wrong room, but after we pointed it out, it was fixed immediately. Friendly staff, very good food, nice beach, very good fitness!

We had a wonderful stay at Cala San Miguel and would happily rate the hotel 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome—special thanks to Lucas on reception, who was informative and helpful throughout our stay. A particular mention must go to Gabriel, the manager, who was outstanding. He personally ensured that a couple of initial teething problems were quickly and professionally resolved, and his approach made a real difference to our overall experience. The hotel itself is beautifully presented, with superb facilities and a relaxed, chilled ambience. We loved spending time on the beach, which is just a stone’s throw from the hotel—perfect for unwinding in the sun. The location couldn’t be better. Food-wise, there’s a wide and varied selection available, and we appreciated the hotel’s effort to introduce a new dining concept. While the mains could offer a little more variation in cooking style, the overall quality and choice were still very good. We also enjoyed exploring the local area—the nearby hippy market was a fun day out, and the sunsets in the evening were truly memorable. All in all, Cala San Miguel offered us a peaceful and enjoyable break with excellent service, stunning surroundings, and a warm, welcoming feel. Highly recommended.

Attention selon la chambre il y a 2 réceptions et donc entrées différentes.. et là j avais déjà la première situation que je n ai pas trop aimé: j étais à la mauvaise et on m a donné une impression de faire partie des clients de seconde classe. Après gros soucis de climatisation de ma chambre il a fallu 5 appels et plus qu’un jour pour enfin régler le souci. Sinon le complexe est vraiment beau mais j’avoue que pour le prix il y a des choses à améliorer.

Wij hebben verbleven in de standaard kamer, zeer netjes en proper. Geen zeer ruime kamer maar het terrasje maakt veel goed. In het hotel zijn ze aan het werken aan een zwembad en lift, hierdoor is 1 gedeelte niet beschikbaar en is de toegang tot het strand vlakbij toch vrij moeilijk. Het uitzicht is prachtig maar er is niets in de buurt, alles moet je met de wagen doen. Er is geen afwisseling in het ontbijt dus elke dag is exact hetzelfde aanbod. Voor ons was de tegenvaller de prijzen van alles in het hotel, deze zijn erover, 20€ voor een enkele croque, 10€ voor 1 glas wijn... Als je een ligbed voor 2 personen wilt is dit een meerprijs van maar liefst 80€ voor een dag, niet zomaar dat deze elke dag vrij zijn. Het personeel is wel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
