「Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine...

「Excellente pension de famille très propre avec du personnel omniprésent. Chambre bien équipée, deux cuisines communes : une au rez-de-chaussée et une à côté de la terrasse ensoleillée et vue mer, toilettes et salle de bain commune toujours très propre et tout cela a deux pas des plages / port et entourée de commerces restaurants MAIS dans une rue très calme où on peut se garer : je recommande !」

「Hébergement très spacieux, je déplore juste avoiyeu un logement pour PMR du coup tout était particulièrement bas dans la cuisine. Sinon la résidence est superbe dans le style canarien,bien entretenue, le personnel est agréable et le parking un vrai plus 」

「Our 3rd stay here and it never disappoints. Clean throughout. Friendly staff. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds. I especially like that the pool lifeguard removes towels from sunbeds if no one uses them for over 1 hour. Breakfast is good. Plenty of choice. 5 minute walk to the beach. 200 metres from nearest bus stop.」

「Check in staff lovely. Room extremely basic. Walls like paper and next door were up all night and we could hear what they were talking about through the walls. Enamel on bath coming off showing black holes. Beds like rocks. No AC and fan requested was charged for. Thank goodness we were staying only one night」

「It’s such a perfect stay that I can’t recommend this apartment more!! The room is big, clean and with everything equipped. The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! She is the soooooo nice and enthusiastic, super communicative and warm-hearted!! Her smile just makes you feel happy all the day!! I would definitely stay here again if I come back and I recommend it to anyone who visit...

「We stayed 5 nights as the last leg of our honeymoon and staying a Plus Fariones Suite Hotel was absolutely a great decision. The room was extremely spacious (Select Terrace Suite) and was had a amazing views of the ocean, the pool and volcanos. We upgrade to the select club, it was very much worth it with the adults only solarium/pool, access to beer, wine and snacks we very much were able to enjoy the amenities. We were not fans of the food on the strip but the food at Plus Fariones Suite Hotel...

「Es un lugar donde no volvería, el alojamiento mediocre con unos muebles antiguos, la mesa del salon estaba que no se podía mover porque se rompia, pocas cosas en la cocina que son basicas, tienen un tendedero en un espacio de una mini terraza pero no tienen lavadora, lo peor me desapareció la tarjeta de crédito en mi habitación y lo comente en recepción y me dijeron que lo comunicariarn a dirección y no he recibido ni siquiera una llamada al respecto, pasotismo maximo. 」

「Have a great long weekend in May, good location not far from beach. Local supermarket 3mins from apartment with larger Spar being 10mins walk away (great Italian next to Spar -Sorrento di Italia). Lovely balcony overlooking pool with 2 sun loungers, table & 4 chairs although bit tight on space if using all furniture! Also have sofa, nice lounge chair & kitchen table & 4 chairs so plenty of seating options inside. Required to book sun loungers by pool with lifeguard in advance but system seemed...
