Here us our review for our 2 week stay-the Condo itself is clean, modern, Nice, New w comfortable queen bed , separate bedroom, double size fold down couch, 2 TVs, full-size fridge, pots and pans and cutlery. Everything was fresh and clean . It is in an excellent area close to shopping & beach We asked for, and received a late check out .There is a tiny issue with hot water, but this is not a game changer.. what IS a GAME CHANGER is a Water Pressure Pump used to fill water tanks for the Building was turned on EVERY day around 11:00 am - 5:00 and it BLASTED Ear Piercing Deafening Noise each day. The Suite we stayed in was on the front of the building the pump was right under us. We were NOT able to use our balcony during the day at all. The pump is placed right at the front doors of the building so every person that enters the building has to endure this disgusting noise. We alerted the caretaker Lockey and they advised it was an Owner Issue/ By day 14 still no response from Owner-The people at Lockey were helpful regarding wifi issues-The front door does not lock -random people came off the street to use the pool- again- Lockey was advised- The once beautiful upstairs rooftop pool area also has no available water and two non functioning bathrooms. Despite a number of people asking for water to be added to the pool - this was not done . Its such a shame that honest customers are met with this obvious long term building issue- I look very Forward to hearing from the Owner!

I will start with the positives: It’s quiet! As not too many place in PDC. Great location! Good AC It has a balcony. Negative: The pool is just for refreshing your feet. The bathroom stinks big time. The apartment deserves a bit of love. No water pressure you will spend some time washing your hair. No shower mat on the floor. It’s ok place for the price. I had a maintenance issue with a window handle and it was fixed quickly.

Location was great. Apt was as described. There are no address numbers or name of the building posted on the building and it is impossible to find at 3am. There was no hot water. The main entrance door to the building is not secure.

This property was ok. There were things that I liked and disliked about it. Likes- that it was close to 5th ave, convenient to go to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. I also liked that it had a balcony. Dislikes- hard to connect to wifi, wasn’t enough towels provided, pull out futon was quite uncomfortable, there was ants all over the floor as well as a cockroach. There wasn’t enough dish-ware. Location was good but overall I would not return as the negatives out-weighted the positives.

The room was clean, spacey, comfortable, Netflix, rooftop loungers and pool, had great wifi in room (just follow instructions to log into your rooms wifi), there is also a rooftop wifi. Full size fridge, cooktop, microwave, great air conditioning, full sliding patio doors to overlook city. It’s close to 5th Ave (2 minute walk and you are there). Close to beach access and Encanto beach is a great close beach club we enjoyed. New grocery store on 10th Ave just a few blocks down that can stock you up. Also two Oxxo convenience stores within a couple blocks. The neighbourhood seems to be under development in areas but it is safe and lots of police presence to give you peace of mind. Loved our two week stay.

Your elevator is trash and I got stuck in it. Your water service is even worse. Hot water, rarely. Water kept going out the first two days. I feel scammed out of money. I should have a reimbursement

Is near the fifth street and the beach good area but the hotel needs maintenance the rooftop pool is not the best and the apartment had ants all over

La televisión nunca sirvió, no hay artículos de limpieza y no se ofrece el servicio. Se fue la luz varías veces. Fuera de eso es una excelente ubicación, la cama muy cómoda, los aires acondicionados excelentes.

The condo was in excellent condition, the people at the reception were very attentive and ready to help at all times. The room had a little kitchen area that had all what I needed to stay, I even extended my stay for an extra day because I was very comfortable. You. Can easily accommodate four people in it. Everything is brand new in this place and smells so good. Close to stores to buy fruits and vegetables, Oxxo is close as well and is just two blocks away fron the 5th Avenue.

Realmente fue una pésima estadía, pagué 4noches de las cuales 2de ellas fueron de infierno e incomodidad, un día salimos desde temprano mi familia y yo y cuando llegamos había agua en todo el departamento, resulta que se había descompuesto su calentador, no tuvimos una pronta respuesta, tuvimos que limpiar nosotros y lo peor es que llegamos mojados (ese día cayó un aguacero) y no nos pudimos bañar porque cuando por fin fue alguien su solución fue cerrar la llave y dejarnos sin agua, a mi se me echo a perder ropa, deje mi maleta en el piso y se mancho la clara con la de color. La última noche las alarmas de los equipos de aire acondicionado empezaron a estar suene y suene sin parar, desde las 4am.. Igual, jamás contestaron en tiempo, entonces fue terrible, no pudimos dormir y luego peor sin agua de nuevo así que el baño ya estaba sumamente sucio. Yo exigo mi reembolso de esas dos noches porque yo pague en tiempo y forma, ustedes ofrecen un servicio que no dan, nosotros rentamos el lugar prácticamente para descansar y bañarnos cosa que no pudimos hacer esas 2 noches.

Definitiv nie wieder ! Dreimal komplett kein Wasser gehabt und kein Strom stundenlang, dadurch konnte man Toilette nicht nutzen. Stand einmal mit Schaum unter Dusche und plötzlich war das Wasser weg. Maus im Schlafzimmer mitten in der Nacht entdeckt, sie knabberte unter dem Kissen. Als wir die Kissen hoch hielten und entdeckt haben, lief sie unter das Bett und war versteckt. Rezeption wollte kein neues Zimmer geben bzw. es hieß es geht nicht und dann wollte man am nächsten Tag die Bettwäsche nicht wechseln. Erst nach langem Beharren wurde wenigstens gereinigt. Ich empfehle das Hotel definitiv nicht. Pool ist Mini und sehr dreckig.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l accueil, particulièrement Weymar qui avait toujours le sourire et chercher tout le temps à aider. L emplacement aussi, près de la plage, des commerces, restaurants, la piscine sur le toit etait aussi très agréable. La communication avec les responsables du site a aussi été excellente, le 1er appartement que nous avons eu avait une vue très limitée et la climatisation etait bruyante, nous leur avons signalé et le lendemain nous avions un nouvel appartement qui nous convenait parfaitement Nous avons moins aimé le fait qu il fallait payer en extra menage, serviettes, draps mais au bout du compte nous avons bien apprécié cette résidence et envisageons d y retourner
