Here us our review for our 2 week stay-the Condo itself is clean, modern, Nice, New w comfortable queen bed , separate bedroom, double size fold down couch, 2 TVs, full-size fridge, pots and pans and cutlery. Everything was fresh and clean . It is in an excellent area close to shopping & beach We asked for, and received a late check out .There is a tiny issue with hot water, but this is not a game changer.. what IS a GAME CHANGER is a Water Pressure Pump used to fill water tanks for the Building was turned on EVERY day around 11:00 am - 5:00 and it BLASTED Ear Piercing Deafening Noise each day. The Suite we stayed in was on the front of the building the pump was right under us. We were NOT able to use our balcony during the day at all. The pump is placed right at the front doors of the building so every person that enters the building has to endure this disgusting noise. We alerted the caretaker Lockey and they advised it was an Owner Issue/ By day 14 still no response from Owner-The people at Lockey were helpful regarding wifi issues-The front door does not lock -random people came off the street to use the pool- again- Lockey was advised- The once beautiful upstairs rooftop pool area also has no available water and two non functioning bathrooms. Despite a number of people asking for water to be added to the pool - this was not done . Its such a shame that honest customers are met with this obvious long term building issue- I look very Forward to hearing from the Owner!

I will start with the positives: It’s quiet! As not too many place in PDC. Great location! Good AC It has a balcony. Negative: The pool is just for refreshing your feet. The bathroom stinks big time. The apartment deserves a bit of love. No water pressure you will spend some time washing your hair. No shower mat on the floor. It’s ok place for the price. I had a maintenance issue with a window handle and it was fixed quickly.

Location was great. Apt was as described. There are no address numbers or name of the building posted on the building and it is impossible to find at 3am. There was no hot water. The main entrance door to the building is not secure.

The internet stopped working. They had to send someone to install a router. Our last day the water was completely shut off. It was not a good experience.

This property was ok. There were things that I liked and disliked about it. Likes- that it was close to 5th ave, convenient to go to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. I also liked that it had a balcony. Dislikes- hard to connect to wifi, wasn’t enough towels provided, pull out futon was quite uncomfortable, there was ants all over the floor as well as a cockroach. There wasn’t enough dish-ware. Location was good but overall I would not return as the negatives out-weighted the positives.

The room was clean, spacey, comfortable, Netflix, rooftop loungers and pool, had great wifi in room (just follow instructions to log into your rooms wifi), there is also a rooftop wifi. Full size fridge, cooktop, microwave, great air conditioning, full sliding patio doors to overlook city. It’s close to 5th Ave (2 minute walk and you are there). Close to beach access and Encanto beach is a great close beach club we enjoyed. New grocery store on 10th Ave just a few blocks down that can stock you up. Also two Oxxo convenience stores within a couple blocks. The neighbourhood seems to be under development in areas but it is safe and lots of police presence to give you peace of mind. Loved our two week stay.

Your elevator is trash and I got stuck in it. Your water service is even worse. Hot water, rarely. Water kept going out the first two days. I feel scammed out of money. I should have a reimbursement
