「The only negative was house keeping, they didn’t leave towels or top up any of the tea/coffee/milk in the rooms and they sisnt give you a ticket to get out of the car parks as it was free to park in the adults only royal level 」

「Great hotel, we booked the Prestige package, which was very much worth it, daily free spa access, unlimited bottled water and access to the restaurants (as a substitute for the buffet dinner). Two comments: 1. The tennis rackets are in very poor condition, so bring your own if you want to play 2. Food is so good ignore all the bad reviews we were super impressed, cocktails and premium brand drinks on the All inclusive were the best we have had, staff all super friendly, I had 2 massages whilst there & they were booth amazing. 「It’s such a perfect stay that I can’t recommend this apartment more!! The room is big, clean and with everything equipped. The location is so great, close to beaches, all the restaurants and markets. And what impresses us most is the hospitality of the staff, especially Cely! She is the soooooo nice and enthusiastic, super communicative and warm-hearted!! Her smile just makes you feel happy all the day!! I would definitely stay here again if I come back and I recommend it to anyone who visit...
