Staff are polite and helpful. The room was nice, expect it was cooler than normal. The bed is too soft for me, but my girlfriend liked it. This hotel looks like a motel and they built a hall around the building, maybe because mist people don't like motels. A motel are rooms in which you enter from the streeet/parking lot. A hotel, you enter a building and enter your room from inside the building.

Overall the room was clean. I was placed in the basement level room next to an exit. The room was clean. No carpet it’s flooring and fluorescent lighting. They need to upgrade the hotel. Overall, the room was clean and it was quiet.

There was no free breakfast but there was a restaurant in the hotel. The elevator was a long walk from the lobby and when on the 2nd floor, there was no signing to where the elevator was. We actually passed it twice carrying our bags. They need better signing for the guests to find their way around esp. since the hotel is built as a square and you can keep walking in circles.

Stayed four days in this nice hotel, very clean and in a good location. The area is quiet, accesible to a highway and with many food options within a short drive. Hotel has plenty of parking spaces. Room was very clean and comfortable. No issues with the AC and hot water. Pool was clean. Had breakfast in the hotel restaurant once, it was ok. Would stay again and recommend.

Francisco is a godsend! We were stranded after Marriott pulled one on us because they were overbooked. They accepted our last booking although it ended being an accessibility room. We made it work and the staff were the sweetest. Thank you!
