「Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, room not laid out well, double bed in a corner with luggage rack on the open side. No bar or restaurant, though plenty, a good 10mins walk away! Probably not a good choice for older tourists! Younger travellers may well appreciate “the vibe” more!」

「I loved every minute of my time at Maison Pavlov. The owners and staff were personable, helpful and accommodating during my stay at this beautiful property. The building is impeccably decorated and immaculately clean. The breakfast - especially the home made waffles - was delicious and the garden was a haven of relaxation. Thank you for a wonderful stay - I felt cosseted and cared for throughout and would return in a heartbeat.」

「What a gem of a property not far from any of the sights and activities in Bordeaux! From the time we arrived until we checked out the staff was very helpful giving us suggestions on places to eat along with how to navigate the city via tram that had a stop right by the hotel. Property had a good morning breakfast. Rooms were clean and a decent size, especially for French standards. Would definitely stay here again when in the area!」

「The staff were nice and the hotel itself is nice. However, upon arrival, their system was down, which resulted in a 3 hour delay for checking in. Then, their system AC did not properly work. My room was overheated, and they did not have any fans on property. On my last night, their system AC (and all electricity) were out for 30-40 minutes…all during a heatwave. It made for miserable evenings and attempts at sleeping.」

「The actual building and rooms are much nicer than the pics. Room was a bit on the smaller side with no closets for clothes or a tea kettle (but you can get one from the front desk) but very clean and comfy beds. The view from my room on 8th floor was decent. Breakfast is pretty good except for the coffee which was spoilt by the powdered milk in the machine- get a double expresso and add fresh milk (they even have soy milk and almond milk). 「Fabulous property and huge suite with blasting cold AC in a quiet part of Charteons. No shops adjacent but a ten minute walk to the commercial acres of Chartres. Great and helpful staff and plenty of paid street parking.」

「Considering that a lot of people are using the same space, Whoo hostel is really very clean. What I love most is the staff; they are lovely. Overall my stay was great, I had enough privacy and felt welcomed. I suggest that they add something salty in the breakfast, and maybe provide an electric mosquito coil in the room, since on my second day there were a lot of mosquitoes I slept poorly.」
