Hot tub broken but he couldn't remember it was broken until halfway through our conversation and he replied "ooooooooh yeah there was a maintenence man here today, the hot tub heater is broken. So do you want to cancel reservation and leave or I can contact my manager and have her contact you tomorrow about a refund?" Tomorrow never ended up happening. Pool was freezing cold. Blinds didn't go up or down stuck half open. Beds were ok...
