"This has been an extremely unacceptable and distressing accommodation experience. I made a reservation for a 7-night stay, yet on the morning of the second day I was forced to check out and cancel the entire booking. To date, I have still not received any refund for the unused nights.
This level of service and handling is completely unacceptable, and I have never encountered such an unprofessional situation before. I request that you process my full refund immediately and provide an explanation for this disruption."
"Nothing bad to say about our stay, everything was fantastic!!
- Perfect location, the VIA train station and 747 bus stop to airport.
- The building was a very beautiful Brutalist architecture, interior was elegant and the courtyards and pool was beautiful.
- Rooms were clean, bright and spacious.
- One thing to note is there was no elevator between the two hotel floors, so you would need to bring luggage up the internal stairs. Also, toothbrush had to be requested and hotel did not provide slippers. Nevertheless, this didn't affect our overall experience on our stay. :)"

"I'm not sure if it's due to inadequate cleaning, but I got bitten by something and now have several welts on my body. They look like insect bites. However, the area is really convenient for dining and sightseeing."
"Perfect hotel in Montreal. Room is so big with fully function kitchen. Rooms look news in Canadian standard and is in good conditions. Location is good too with walking distacnce to supermarket and shopping street. Can park for 15 mins in front of the hotel maindoor to unload the luggage."
