"The staff in the hotel were excellent, particularly So So sp?, the young concierge who helped us with alternative arrangements after the room we were initially assigned proved to be too noisy to occupy due to a faulty HVAC. I thought she handled the situation really well, with humour and competence and hope senior management at your hotel appreciate her value and her potential. The breakfasts we had at the hotel as well as our dinners at the Japanese restaurant all were also excellent! Great location too! Given the overall quality of the hotel the exercise room suffered somewhat by comparison but could be remedied with some updated equipment, a better tv or at least better reception, a clock etc. Ideally the room would be expanded to include a washroom perhaps into the area of the adjacent room with the malfunctioning HVAC. Overall we loved your hotel. We would stay there again without hesitation and recommend it to others."

"We needed to change rooms because of the cigarette smell. Rooms are so tiny. Breakfast was cold and disappointing. They make it seem like the parking is included and it’s not ! Location was good walkable to most places. Kind of noisy so ask for inside room with no view. Also the cool pictures they show with the lounge area is not open! So extremely disappointing so no cool place to hang out. We Will not ever stay here again."

"Checked in and found a staff member (not housekeeping) casually chatting on the phone inside our room. Startled us, not what you expect walking into your own room. Also the room was very far from the check in desk, and no elevators, no stairs, had to carry a heavy luggage upstairs, and was very inconvenient to walk all the way down every time. For the price point, the basics were lacking. No complimentary water bottles, we were told to purchase them. The room and facilities were okay, nothing bad, but nothing that justified the rate either. Overall: not terrible, but underwhelming for what you're paying. Expected more from a hotel at this price. "

"Amazing customer service. The MClub is a perfect place to enjoy a meal or a snack. Very convenient especially if you have a hectic schedule. The water pressure in the shower is the best! Makes taking a shower quick and efficient. Location is very convenient. Close to the Bell Centre, shopping, and great restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"My room wasn’t what was showing on the site. Really long hallway, then a small area where the bed was. The TV was so close to the bed, that you had to squeeze through. Hotel was great, besides the room we had!"
