「This hotel is fabulous! Very stylish rooms, comfortable beds. There was a small power outage during our stay and the staff handled it very professionally. Located within walking distance to major attractions, shopping and dining. Parking was not great but this is somewhat typical of the neighborhood. 」
「Excellent location. The most friendly and helpful staff ever. There are 3 steps going into the hotel if you are mobility challenged, but good elevator once in. The breakfast area is also down some steps.
Getting there was an issue because taxi and uber can't drive within blocks of this hotel due to road renovation. Have to drag your luggage over pads, steel pads, and gravel to get to the hotel. The hotel does have a taxi service that will come get your luggage and help you get to the taxi...
「This is very nice hotel with some great amenities such as a pool, sauna and multiple lounge areas. We love the trendy decor and overall feel of the place. We do see some of the growing pains with a new hotel and some areas that the builder of the hotel could have improved upon. The swimming pools and hot tub don't were nice but the water felt a little dirty with clumps of hair floating. Don't get me wrong, I would stay here again but I wish they could pay a little attention to these...

Uma coisa ou outra: um secador não enrolado num dia, roupas não dobradas e outro, porta aberta depois da arrumação , mas nada que desabone. Só questões de um pouquinho mais de atenção .」
