「I know it’s hard to have somebody there overnight over the night but sometimes people need assistance and they can’t get in the door because they can’t remember all these things and because we don’t have Wi-Fi until we get there. It’s a bit hard but I did love the hotel everything about it was great.」

「The property was great as was the breakfast - the AC did not work in the room but we were moved to another (better) room which had working AC. Overall a great experience.」

「Vi köpte en billig hotell natt i Alicante för att utforska stan lite närmare. Vil5 har ett utmärkt läge i gamla stan nära till restauranger, barer, museum och hissen som tar dig upp till borgen på berget. VIL5 är obemannat men all service finns i hotellet tvärs över gatan, där sker även incheckning och frukost. Frukost kostade 10.50 euro, den var rätt så standard men helt ok. Frukosten serverades på takvåningen med en fin utsikt över borgen och stan. Ute terrassen var inte öppen under frukosten...

「Really good location and view - apartment had everything you would need and was spacious. Staff contact by WhatsApp and phone worked well and we had no issues. The apartment was in the old part of town (on the hill to castle) and on the 3rd floor so great for us who travel light and are keen to get those steps in ..but not for people with accessibility requirements and lots of luggage -highly recommend」

「Una struttura spettacolare, posizionata in zona centralissima, dotata di vari mezzi di trasporto. Tutte le principali attrazioni erano vicine come il castello di Santa Barbara, la spiaggia del Postiguet, Barrio di Santa Cruz, 」

「Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber uns gefiel auch das moderne Ambiente. Die Lage ist perfekt- in der Altstadt mit vielen netten Restaurants, nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man gut entspannen. Auch die Kontaktaufnahme per Telefon hat super geklappt.」
