Our corner Deluxe bedroom (Room8) with 3 amazing windows was amazing. Bed was very comfortable the decor was very authentic. However the shower area does need to be replaced. All the reception and cleaning staff we met were very polite and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending Luces de Catedral.

Great location, right in the heart of the old town. The man at reception was very helpful too giving local recommendations. The hotel is a lovely little boutique place with lots of charm and character.

No wifi and lift worked twice in our stay (did not work on arrival and when we left and we had extremely heavy bags). Cleaner only made the bed and put the towels away, did not clean the kitchen. Location was excellent and the condition of the property was good.

If I return Alicante this is not definitely a hotel I will book. The hotel itself was not bad — clean, comfortable, and the housekeeping service was nice. However, the parking information provided was incorrect, which caused unnecessary delay and stress upon arrival. It would be very helpful if the hotel could update the parking details to avoid confusion for future guests. Si vuelvo a Alicante, definitivamente no reservaré este hotel. El hotel en sí no estaba mal: limpio, cómodo y el servicio de limpieza era bueno. Sin embargo, la información del aparcamiento era incorrecta, lo que causó retrasos innecesarios y estrés a la llegada. Sería muy útil que el hotel actualizara la información del aparcamiento para evitar confusiones a futuros huéspedes.

Lovely apartment very convenient for the old town, restaurants and bars. Beach 5 mins walk. No parking close to the apartment, but a reasonably priced carpark 20 mins walk away. I wouls stay there again.

The hotel is very centrally located and check in was easy. I checked in after hours (the front desk is only open for certain hours) so plan ahead of time and it’s stress free. The directions they provide are very straight forward and accurate. The room had huge windows and internal shutters that blocked out light and helped to block out some of the street noise. As this is a very central location do expect some noise. We happened to be there when the entire city was celebrating a holiday near the end of June and you could hear a lot of the festivities but any other time I’m sure it’s a lot quieter. All in all if I came back I would stay here again!

Perfect vistelse, smidig incheckning då vi anlände mitt i natten. Alla bekvämligheter man kunde tänka sig och ett otroligt vackert rum. Vi sov som prinsessor i de sköna sängarna och frukosten på Madness var helt amazing. Högsta rekommendationerna, vi kommer tillbaka.

Rent, fint og trivelig rom på alle måter. Madrassen var hard, det er det eneste som trekk noe ned. Det var en del lyd fra gaten, mån bor man midt i byen er ikke annet å forvente. Hyggelig personalet.

Bon séjour; bon emplacement dans le centre ville à 10 minutes à pied de la plage du postiguet et des principaux sites à voir! Attention, lors de notre réservation sur hôtel.com, le petit -déjeuner était coché avec le prix de la nuit alors que celui-ci n'était pas inclus.
